COMMUNAL AREAS: SIGN AND RETURN YOUR LETTER

You  should have received two letters recently regardging getting our communal area redecorated to a higher standard.  You need to sign and return one of the letters ASAP. If you have lost the letter or aren't livingin your flat at the moment you can download it here.
