Just realised the importance of this Peverel letter which I hadn't looked at properly. I don't know what to do as I certainly haven't got access to this money at short notice

Peveral says the lobby redecoration has been agreed. The 'terracotta' paint work should take place in around a month's time, according to management office. Sounds good

Nice to see a mention of this in the Lib Dems Focus Newsletter:
"Well done to all St George Wharf residents who took part in the 'Big Lunch' and raised money for homeless people. Cllr Rob Banks looked in on the event. 'It was great to see people getting together as neighbours and raising money for a good cause', he said."
So well done you!
