The main residents association have found Peverel "accidentally"overcharging every flat in St George - small amounts but the ever at it spivs on the make should make themselves a tidy £20k, minimum. Whilst we all regard them as rather disgusting con men, we're sure they have a logical explanation but sadly you'll have to go to hell and back if you have already paid. Fortunately, you can find the chart telling you how much they're ripping you off for (£20 quid roughly...) and "continue reading" for a letter you can send to remedy it.Here's the letter explaining it all, the figures are in a PDF at thend and you click "continue reading" for the letter.
Dear Mr Clarke,
I am the owner of Apartment XXX, XXXX House, St George Wharf. I was recently invoiced £XXXX.XX for my half-yearly service charge. However your 2009 service charge matrix shows the correct amount as £XXXX.XX. I was therefore overcharged £XX.XX. I should be grateful if you would re-invoice me for the correct amount. Your current invoice is not valid for payment.
Yours sincerely,
cc Mark Griffiths, Managing Director, St George South London.

Hello,
We are the Chelsea Bridge Wharf Residents Association (“CBW”). The complex was built by Berkeley homes and Gross Fine did a very poor job as the property managers until one year ago until Peverels OG were appointed. This was coincidentally around the same time that Fairhold Artimus purchased the Freeholds from Berkeley homes. As more than 100 requests we have only recently received detailed financials pertaining to the service charges at CBW back to 2004. We are in the process of an LVT action and would like to have a discussion with not only Hanover House but all the buildings at SGW.
Also, it is imperative that Hanover Hose pursued all at SGW to sign the attached petition:

Please contact us ASAP on cbwtacommittee@gmail.com so we can compare and discuss a coordinated strategy.
