Huge thanks to everybody that's made exhaustive use of our site in Berlin for all the events there recently. We've just added everything (in English) you'll need for Folsom, the gay fetish fest, in early September.
It's great that in the world's gay capital we have two assistant reporters Carlos (just joined) and Jack who has been with us for some time. If any of you want to contribute in London above and beyond leaving comments, send an email to me email@example.com. It doesn't have to be filth. And our truly filthy Jack's diary of his latest tattooed night out has just gone up here. Prissy asexual Doris Day gays best avoid it tho...
Hard On and RUT are getting together to bring us Hotwired on Saturday Oct 8 in Great Suffolk Street. They'll have play spaces, dress code, DJs Jon Delano, Brent Nicholls and more. Limited early bird tickets are £20 available 1 Sept and then £25. Click the headline for details.
We just had a quick peek at our stats - readership, not views on Gaydar. Anyways, seems a total lack of attention to poof reading and a focus on listing London's more alternative clubs is proving a massive hit. We had over 277,000 visitors over the past year with a hardcore of about 50,000.
That's 1/4 to 1/3 of QX and Boyz and our readers are seeking out the filth not just flicking through. If you advertise with us you're getting a f*cking bargain compared to their rates. Sadly, given our predilection for naughtiness, the likes of British Airways Ford and Unison aint beggin' to advertise;) We'll keep the day job and Damaged a comedy farce on the side.
Advertisers: we can send you stats verified by google Analytics or grant you access if you want.

We've had a lot of folks late in with stuff but we also want to go out ourselves - please (!) send anything you're finalising in by 2pm. We'll then update and double-check our calednar, make sure it's all available to folks (incl via our mobile app) and see y'all on the dancefloor.
Feel the love. If you're at all free from 8pm this Thursday go to Factory 65. They tell us this fundraiser is to raise money for the victims of the London Riots, getting together some of Londons premier DJs and Acts and promoters. All of the Organisers / Acts are donating their time for free to raise as much money as possible for the victims of the riots that took place in London.
They say "The Megawoof! team would like to confirm that after nearly 9 years, Megawoof is taking a well earned break. "A site for residents of Prince's Ward, SE11, in the London Borough of Lambeth" has posted concerns they claim the local coppers have about Area and Fire. They're claiming they police have run "covert operations during which officers observed the supply and usage of illegal drugs, and incidents of drink spiking within the venue. Police have stated that they believe the premises’ management to be 'either unwilling or unable to tackle the drugs problems which are endemic to this venue''.

According to a new report, "Modified ecstasy could one day have a role to play in fighting some blood cancers.... Ecstasy is known to kill some cancer cells, but scientists have increased its effectiveness 100-fold, they said in Investigational New Drugs journal", reports the BBC.
Before you wonder what the heck blood cancer is it's an umbrella name for things like leukaemia. As ever, any treatment's a very long way off... We always knew laughter and happiness was the best medicine.
