Last January 2008, Matinee celebrated its global 10th Birthday with a massive party at Fabric. With 2400 clubbers descending on fabric It was one of the most talked about party events of the year drawing a super sexy and up for it crowd to celebrate the birthday of one of the most cutting edge party organiser in the world.
This January Matinee celebrates their 11th Global Birthday, this time at the super club Colosseum.
This event promises to be more spectacular then the last as we pull out all stops to make sure this is one of the must do party events of the New Year.
With New Years Day being a valuable lesson for us; negotiations with the Colosseum assure that this party will go without a hitch.
As a form of an apology we will be offering to NYD online ticket buyer’s free entry to this event (you must provide us with your credit card number, ticket receipt and ID to get free entry).
We are also offering advance ticket holders FREE entry too: all you have to do it provide us with your ticket stub. This will show you that we are serious about apologising for the confusion on NYD and about putting fabulous dance events; and that we take your custom seriously. After all, what is Matinee without its Matineroos?
So with a lot to prove expect this 11th Birthday to be a spectacular event with array of gorgeous gogos, stage shows, sensational lighting and laser and the best music on the planet.
This month we are inviting over MATINEE super star and Ibiza legend DJ IORDEE as well as the cream of London’s mix maestros including Oliver M, Pagano ,Guy Williams, Pier Morocco, Paul Heron, Brent Nicholls, Alessandro and Eduardo de la Torre.
Once again we will be reorganising the room to a different layout keeping the main dance arena fresh and dynamic.
The massive video wall will be back too to add to the hi-tech production Matinee has become known for, and expect a show with some of the world’s hottest gogos and performers adding to the visual excitement. We have also arranged with the Colosseum for half price drink offers on certain drinks all night.
Matinee is all about fun and we will be combining Latin Passion with Anglo style creating a good time factor and atmosphere that will be off the scale.
